- Orders are usually shipped the day after the order is placed (except for orders placed on FRIDAY and SATURDAY). They are prepared each day of the week at 10am and are to be shipped at 3pm. Estimated ship time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Delivery time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address. Pull-in products are delivered by appointed courier(s) during business hours Monday to Friday. Order is shipped as the products become available.
- Customs Information
- When ordering goods from www.pull-in.asia for delivery outside of Greater China (Mainland China, Hong-Kong and territories, Taiwan) you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.pull-in.asia, you are considered the importer of the items and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Also, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. - Payment
- Each order validated on the www.pull-in.asia site shall be inspected by Pull-in Underwear and its partner Alipay and Paypal. Alipay and Paypal are trusted brands for e-commerce and are committed to consumer protection. Pull-in Underwear and Alipay and Paypal shall protect both Pull-in Underwear and consumers from abusive practices carried out by fraudsters. In order to ensure security of transactions and to fight fraud, Alipay and Paypal shall automatically process the information included in the order form. Any fraudulent use of a bankcard, which generates an unpaid debt, shall result in the inscription of the order form contact details associated with this unpaid debt in a payment incident file implemented by Alipay or Paypal.
- Security & Confidentiality
- In order to ensure a total security, customer credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, and are never transmitted in clear text across the network. No banking information concerning the customer shall be transmitted through the www.pull-in.asia site. The payment by bankcard is therefore totally secure. The payment is made directly through the bank. Pull-in Underwear has no access to these details in any circumstances, and does not store them on its servers. The customer will therefore be requested for these details again for each new transaction on our site.
- Faulty Items
- You have the right to return a faulty item within 7 days after receiving the item. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, please send us an email at info@pull-in.asia mentioning your name and address, reference, size and if possible collection of the item as well as a detailed description of the default (including a photo). We will then contact you to give you a return number. No return will be accepted without return number.
All parcels received without an agreement by email will be refused.
Please make sure to try the undergarments received on an existing piece of clothing and not directly on the skin. Items that are returned incomplete, spoilt, damaged, deteriorated or dirty due to the customer shall not be fully reimbursed.

- Exchange
- For exchanges, please send an email at info@pull-in.asia with your order number, the product you are willing to return and the product you are willing to have in exchange. Please make sure the item returned is accompanied with its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, please do not remove your own underwear before trying on undergarments or swimwear. Items that have already been worn and washed will not be refunded or exchanged.

- Reimbursement
- In compliance the laws of the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong (applicable for all purchase on www.pull-in.asia website and in Mainland China, Hong-Kong and Taiwan) and followings of the Consumer Code, the consumer has 7 working days, starting from the date of delivery of his order, to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or reimbursement, without having to pay penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods.
If on delivery there is no-one present at the address indicated by the customer, the time for withdrawal counts from the date the non-delivery notice is signed.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its undamaged original packaging along with all its accessories (labels, strings, guarantees, etc.). If not, the customer shall lose any right of withdrawal.
Reimbursement will be asked for two to three days after reception and it will be effective on the account that was used for the payment in a week.
In all cases, please send us an email prior sending back the product(s) at info@pull-in.asia mentioning your order number and the product you would like to return.
